    Nah. I think May likes her polling numbers. Expect a GE in the Spring.

          Let's play the Controlling Our Borders And Put The Great Back Into Britain Game!!

          How do you prefer to Control Our Borders And Put The Great Back Into Britain....

          1. Hard Brexit.

          2. Soft Brexit.

          3. No Brexit at all.

          Those options again;

          1. Hard Brexit.

          2. Soft Brexit.

          3. No Brexit at all.

            Exactly. One of the people who brought the case voted to leave.

            Not necessarily. Since we have a first past the post electoral system, the majority of people in the UK could, overall, vote for a Brexit candidate and a majority of Bremainer MPs be elected.

              I think this is a win against the Establishment and in favour of the British system of democracy.

                The use of law and process to stop the will of the people was driven by a woman of fabulous wealth who poured scorn on people who voted for Brexit. The remainers may like this but essentially what this means is that our democracy is controlled by such laws and process in an Orwellian manner. Whereas what our laws and process should be doing is to work for the will of the people.

                  It is a win for the establishment against the will of the people. The democratic wishes of the people have been trumped by the rule of law and process. true Orwellian stuff

                    It's an interesting battle of voting systems in a way as the referendum was effectively PR and May's majority government although voted for by no-one gets it's mandate from those that voted for Cameron. So who has the greater moral right to decide on Brexit? The 37% that voted for Brexit, or the 25% that voted for Pro-EU pro-austerity Cameron?

                    Personally I'd like to see an actual majority involved one way or another. But surely even the most rabid, frothing at the mouth, Daily Mail reading, UKIP voting, CUK posting, 350m a week believing Brexiteer must understand that this is such a big deal that to retain any semblance of it being democratic it really warrants an Act of Parliament with all the appropriate debate and process that entails.
                    Will work inside IR35. Or for food.

                      In other words let the people decide but if they make the wrong choice then take it away from them using legal technicalities .I am sorry to disagree but if people don't vote they don't deserve any say and I bet you for one would make that argument if it suited you.
