Personally I'd like to see an actual majority involved one way or another. But surely even the most rabid, frothing at the mouth, Daily Mail reading, UKIP voting, CUK posting, 350m a week believing Brexiteer must understand that this is such a big deal that to retain any semblance of it being democratic it really warrants an Act of Parliament with all the appropriate debate and process that entails.Will work inside IR35.
