    Brussels or Strasbourg?

In the world of law as exemplified by the Bill of Rights.

Why? Parliament approved a referendum and stated the result would be implemented. That's what I expect to happen. Voting on the outcome is something different.

Winning an election by a marginal percentage is not a mandate to ignore the remainder of the population.

The Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt won by a marginal amount and immediately went on a rampage threating Sharia Law on all including Christians.

Wining the Brexit vote by a marginal amount does not mean Brexiters have an open cheque book to do as they please

I'll save that in case of overturn at appeal.

You're probably one of those who never left the UK, but if you had taken a ferry, eurotunnel or plane abroad (except to Ireland) you would have noticed that your passport was checked at re-entry

                  What's marginal about 1.25m votes?

Yes, along with the passports of anyone from 27 other countries, none of whom could be deprived entry. Even dullards like you it would seem.
Maybe you could highlight the bit of that which gives us "control"?
Better still, see if there is a grown-up nearby that can explain it to you?
