        I think the first round of Brexit was the referendum, which the EU lost.

          per capita cost is much lower in the EU.

          The UK represents 10% of their trade, but the EU represents 50% of the UK's trade.

          i.e. the hit to their GDP in percentage terms is much lower than the UK.
