The remainers had the establishment, the treasury et al predicting doom and gloom yet they were outwitted by stupid leavers! For idiots like you to suggest that the leave campaign lied is laughable.Let us not forget EU open doors immigration benefits IT contractors more than anyone -

Who gives a tulip about the £350mil!Originally posted by WTFH View PostSo, £350million a week to the NHS, was that a lie or not?
That is not why leave won. Leave won because the EU sucks.
I wonder why the Germans love the EU project so much;

Ah, so it's not a LIE if the Brexit camp made it.Originally posted by PurpleGorilla View PostWho gives a tulip about the £350mil!

Your buddy above was all for defining what a lie is, based on claims made by the remain camp, but you refuse to accept the lies spread by the Brexit camp.
Are you now saying that no one at all voted for brexit because they thought it would mean £350million as promised would go to the NHS? If that's the case then why in the lead up to the vote did the Brexit team go out of their way to talk about it and advertise it, if it was just a LIE that no one believed?
The winners told more convincing lies, and those that were duped by those lies are backtracking on them almost as fast as the winners shirked their responsibility to deliver Brexit.…Maybe we ain’t that young anymoreComment

The Brexit campaign were worse than lies. It was propaganda in it’s worse form on a par with the Nazi propaganda films in the 1930s and 40s.

I'd made my mind up as most people had before the bus came along, perhaps a few of the undecideds were outsider by the bus, perhaps a few by the economic Armageddon predicted by remain.
From my perspective, the depth of my vote reasons extends far beyond the superficial propaganda.

If you want to be really pedantic, then the message you love so much wasn't a lie. At no point did anyone say 'we will.....blah'.Originally posted by WTFH View PostAh, so it's not a LIE if the Brexit camp made it.

On the other hand, the Remain side stated that they would hold an emergency budget at which taxes would be raised and they would trigger article 50 the next day. Neither happened when it was within the Remain team's gift to make it so. They were clearly lies.
And honestly, if you think anyone voted Leave because of the side of a bus then you are deluding yourself.Comment
