On the subject of bollox, don't you muppets keep claiming people are changing their minds and really want to stay in the EU?

That's interesting as yesterday's Com Res poll for the Mirror clearly shows that Leave would win again. And if you reflected the same actual voting vs poll margin at the referendum on these numbers, the winning margin would be far greater.

You Euro muppets haven't a clue.

You've been away so you're let off.

A couple of your fellow believers have been making the claim loud and clear.

Theresa May to target private firms in governance crackdown - BBC News
The government is to outline how it aims to curb executive pay and target boardroom excesses in private firms as well as listed companies.

The mood could swing at any time:

A big rise in unemployment or financial services fleeing the City of London could see the public turn against Brexit
Interestingly the harder the negotiating position the more likely it is Brexit will fail.

The government are aware of this problem so given the rather unpalatable choices of a Hard Brexit position and a tanking economy and inevitable failure or the humiliation of a transitional deal, I suspect they'll opt for "humiliation" rather than "failure".

            I'm alright Jack

              This from the poll resutls
...Overall, 47% still back leave and 46% remain...

So in effect the numbers have not really moved at all, basically just some statiscal noise. No my question is, Why would the numbers move significantly one way of the other since June? No reason at all, we are still in the EU, the economy is ticking along, and life is generally not much different(unless your business is heavily import oriented). I think we need to give it at least another 6 months. By then Article 50 should have been invoked, the inflationary impacts of the fall in the pound would have bedded into the Economy. We will then hopefully have a better idea of exactly how this adventure is going to impact us.

It's cute you still have any trust in polls.

... well they'll probably be right one day.

A stopped clock is accurate twice a day. Even SASGuru has probably been right once or twice.

"Could" These people got it wrong about the immediate aftermath of Brexit yet they have not bothered to explain why they were wrong and thereofore how they are ever to be taken seriously again.
