The reality is nobody else can help you here any more than has already been given. Time to pay a professional to sort it out.

        Right.

        Firstly thanks for everybody's help.

Secondly, am searching for accountants now, hopefully get an appointment soon to discuss.

Will keep you updated. And I hope you don't mind if I have a couple more enquiries along the way.

        Cheers

I'm trying to work out why you are concerned about how this site works.

You've, clearly, shown yourself to be incompetent at running a business but aren't bright enough to understand the mess you have got yourself into.

You really need to find an accountant and pay them MONEY to sort out the mess you are in. You then need to ensure you have the MONEY the company owes HMRC before they notice the level of your mistake and decide to have some fun with you*....

Where fun= go back over your last 4 years worth of tax returns and find reasons to ask for money off you....

So dear floricita, how many more inane questions are you going to ask today, when you could be engaging the services of an Accountant?

The reason that I am replying to your previous post directed at me, is that ultimately, I don't believe that you are "bad" but don't appear to want to take the guidance, to heart?

This section of the forum is supposed to be for Professional discussion and Q&A. You have been given so much good advice, but wearing patience thin...

Why are you searching for an accountant when one has been helping you from the 2nd post and has answered every single one of your questions promptly and in as much detail as she can from the limited information you have given?

                      It's a no brainer.
