Hmmm just trying to get a quote from an accountancy firm.

Just to make sure I'm asking them to do the right thing so I get a correct quote, I have told them I wish to

"Pay all tax due to the authorities. And close my company down"

Have I missed anything out? Or could I write it better?

They aren't going to pay your tax for you. You want them to draw up a set of final accounts, submit them to Companies House and HMRC and file your corporation tax return. You also want them to help you undo the mess you've gotten into with your director's loan by declaring a legal dividend or repaying the loan if possible, sorting out the BIK implications of the loan and possibly dealing with the CT charge on the overdrawn loan account. Finally you need them to assist you with winding the company up.

That's because he can't believe anyone would have such low reading comprehension skills.

There's no evidence yet that they would need one for previous years.

Not up with modern day internet speak, but I always assumed that a troll was precisely what you're doing here?

Contributing nothing, but continuing to post in a negative and unhelpful way, for what reason, is completely unknown to anybody. Quite boring. Surely you must know that no one is particularly paying attention to you right?

Just turns a thread into a playground and is pretty pointless. Please desist now.
