Given The Independent state that you’ll be portraying HMRC as crime-busting heroes I doubt there will be any fair balance and you'll blindly screen a one sided opinion without any care for the truth.

I doubt you’ll find much help here as most people have been on the receiving end of HMRC’s bullying for years and as a result have suffered more than just financial loss. In situations such as ours I doubt you’ll screen the dirty tactics or the human impact, instead you’ll spin it to fit your pre-determined opinion.

Care to prove me wrong?

Maybe we all need to take it down a notch. This may be an opportunity worth exploring. At this stage we don't know the whole ins and outs.

If appearing in front of a camera to tell my story saves the roof over my little girls head and exposes the hierarchy for what it is then I'll happily do it. I might even cry too as this whole situation is mind blowingingly sad for all of us.

All I know is I'll be telling the truth not like HMRC.

Definitely reasons for caution. She doesn't deny the direction of the program. Channel 4 are plotting a strange course these days, Benefits Street was pretty low level journalism. An attempt to depict a whole strata of society in the worst possible light, setting the scene for further benefits cuts because the 'scroungers deserve it'. Now along comes SuperTaxMan - saving the UK from the evil tax dodgers. How about a documentary on Government influence on the media? I know I said that I thought we might get some positive media now that HMRC have become omnipotent, but this one sounds like you'd be supplying the nails to have your own nether regions nailed to a plank.

I read the article in the paper on Sunday morning and suffice to say it pissed me off for the rest of the day, despite knowing about it already.

The article says that a list of schemes subjected to this legislation will be published. I think its time for Montpelier to front up again as the end game appears to be near.

Despite everyones best efforts, especially NTRT, we've been left dead in the water and thats the most frustrating thing about it. And if this legislation is introduced on a scheme by scheme basis, we're small fry. And fukked.

Has she? I've seen that she said they didn't endorse the article, though the producer seems to have been available to give a few quotes. But that stops short of saying the article is wrong. In fact she seems to offer a lure, to get in touch to find out more. She's no doubt reading these comments, so let's just ask straight out. Is the direction of the documentary as indicated by the Independent article correct or not?

Well I just hope tiger aspect team realise the seriousness of what they are getting involved in here. Someone has already committed suicide over all this, it's no game. Peoples lives are at stake, quite literally and desperation is a highly dangerous emotion when you and your family are set to lose everything.

Just a bit of advice...

Anyone who decides to appear on the program should draw up a proper legal contract with Tiger Aspect Productions with regards to the content and how they will be portrayed.
