Can we not use the fact that Price Waterhouse Cooper have already lodged a case against S58 with the European Court of Human Rights. If HMRC makes us all bankrupt and PWC eventually win the case won't HRMC and the Goverment be open to a whole host of law suits? Come on Gauke, do the right thing and repeal the retrospective application of S58
