Stock Take

So, a few short months ago it all looked like we were going to hell in a hand cart. Beaten in the HC and then at the CoA and then refusal to appeal to the SC. Well so much for Human Rights. So a Few Good Men who had been collecting major information over years got together and went formal on the real issue - The Mischief of BN66.

MP's are slowly finding out what actually happened. And when they find out, eyebrows meet receding hairlines. A spin machine keeps responding saying "just keep moving deck chairs around the Titanic". But momentum is gathering and we've only just gotten started. And believe me, what is on the visible side of NTRT is not the best of it.

This is not over and we have not won. But you know what, where we are now is a million miles away from where we were. Honestly, knowing what we know (not the same as what is public), I'd prefer to be part of our team than one of their mob.

Of course HMRC could end the matter now and simply redact the CN's with some form of what is it? Section 28A(5) notice for everyone. Then at least they could lay claim to being "consistent".

So, it's Friday, the Sun is out and the weather is fine. There's a storm brewing though but it's not our team that need to worry about battening down the hatches. I suspect they have actually started to do that already. Have a good weekend folks.

If Hector succeeds in getting money from this person, then they will never need to come up with anything in a CN ever again because they can just open and close them at leisure knowing a precedent has been set. I hate to disagree with one of the most eloquent and knowledagble posters here, but for me, that wouldnt be enough.. I want payback for 10 years of misery..
