Sorry but I will wish those in Montpelier Management a Merry Christmas when they contribute to NTRT. If not for NTRT we would be stuffed by now.

Without NTRT they would be living in Barbados on a bed of money - all they need is a flight over there.

A very Merry Christmas to the Montpelier staff and those at NTRT.

Everyone has opinions on this subject but for me Montpellier are not to blame for the actions of HMRC. Yes NTRT are more proactive fighting the injustice of this but Montpellier are still representing our interests in the FTT and ECHR. I think they've been entirely true to their word.

Anyway enough of that. I wish you all a Merry Christmas and happy new year. Lets hope 2014 will bring us the success we strive for

And, whilst they may not have funded NTRT, they have already spent a large sum on the legal action.

Regarding the ECHR, it won't have been cheap using this guy to prepare the application.

As usual, I've got used to something arriving pre-christmas from HMRC.

Today I received my Self Assessment Statement, nothing unusual about that.

However, for the first time ever it details "suspended on appeal" collection amounts dating back to 04/05.

Dear HMRC - It really doesn't matter how many ways you try to remind me of how much you THINK I owe. I did nothing wrong, was within the law and haven't made any of this up to suit my circumstances! Oh and by the way i really don't have a spare £95,000 lying around waiting to pay you as my life has moved on somewhat since 2004.

          Merry Christmas!

Just to wish everyone a very Merry Christmas. I know it's hard, but try to forget your troubles until the New Year and enjoy the time with family and friends.

If a brown envelope should arrive between now and the 25th, it should provide excellent kindling for the log fire

I want to wish those at HMRC a fooking miserable Christmas. I hope Santa sh1ts down your chimney and sleeps with your wife.

Negotiate with NTRT all you want. You will never see a penny from me. Because I don't have one. And I expect the same is true of 50% of those owing money.

The amount collected will never exceed the cost to the taxpayer.

Did I mention I hope your turkey is undercooked and gives you food poisioning?

A very happy new year to all those at NTRT.

To all those at HMRC, may the new year bring you a slow agonising death by a painful incurable disease.

                  Is SK genuine?

I have received a mail from a hotmail account asking for NTRT members' details. Is this kosher...?

I would fob him off by referring him to DR or SantaClaus.

Or better yet - the contact email for NTRT itself.
