            Why this is being done is fully explained on the PCG fora. I'm not discussing that here, for obvious reasons

            To be fair, Kate has access to a lot more information than we do on here. There are many threads to the IR35 Forum, these in-business tests are only a small part of the overall picture - although clearly they are the element that most closely impacts us - so our reactions may well be thought to be disproportionate.

As for interims, they've claimed they're a special case for a long time now, with no evidence to prove it. Now they're discovering they are actually prime IR35 targets.
