Just had an email from Tina saying she is running the buisness and is just on the point of transfering over to a new business.

I have just had my personal tax return, accounts, annual rtn to companies house, vat rtn done by Upton. Communication has been good, and its all gone through very smooth and quickly. So quite happy with the service, am not out of pocket and no hassels moving to a new accountant. For now will stick with it, with a view to keeping a close eye on things.

Thus if anyone has any information to share, please do so.

Your entitled to your own opinion.

The handle is more in reference to ducking in and out of contracting. I like to go travelling and experience other things other than a dull office full of computer geeks. Been contracting a loooong time; I know the ropes, so no worries.

I've been using Intouch for a few months and have been happy with them so far (moved from Upton's).

Not sure how accurate this is but doesn't paint a healthy picture on Upton & Cop's liquid assets if it's remotely close: Company Check on UPTON ACCOUNTANTS LTD.

Although can't agree with the statement of liabilities...that's definitely wrong .
