Contract termination letter

Anyone know where I can get a succinct but comprehensive letter template for me to send to my current pimp, to terminate the current contract.

P.S I have searched!! I am not a member of PCG although will be looking at that soon.

We hearby notify you of our intention to terminate the contract between YourAgency Ltd and MyCo Ltd as per the conditions in Para. X subsection Y of that contract, with effect from <end date>.

How are you supposed to run a business if you can't write a basic and very short letter to get out of contracts which are you bread and butter?
