How are you supposed to run a business if you can't write a basic and very short letter to get out of contracts which are you bread and butter?

Ref: Contract xxx/xxxxx Between MyCo Ltd and PimpScum Ltd

With reference to the above contract, I am writing to provide XX days notice of contract termination, in accordance with clause ZZ of the contract terms and conditions.

In accordance with the above clause, the contract will terminate on 01-MAY-2010.
