HMRC appear to accept that if you live on Shetland you DO NOT have to pay tax!
I for one really don't want our professional, legally sound tax planning to be associated in any way with a nutter like that.Comment

Received a letter from MP indicating that the Tax Company had collated a lot of info from HRMC under the freedom of information act and now awaiting the hearing date re JR Application

Following consultation with WG, we challenged the "brush off" with a snotty letter and are awaiting HMRC's response.
Further FOI requests are in the pipeline. We are determined to prise as much as we can out of the buggers.
If nothing else, at least we are keeping Mr B occupied.Comment
