Anybody up for the task?
I have an idea who she is........Comment

At one point she did offer to think before posting - all went quiet for a week then same s**t again.
Mal was at least reasonably honest - I have swapped a few PMs with him (and know who he is). He was upfront. Whereas helen is trying to pretend she is on our side then spreading lies (or what HMRC call the truth).
Bring back Mal I say......Comment

Despite having learned some interesting things from this board, thats a pretty ignorant and arrogant way to conduct any debate. But actually it doesnt make any difference, people qualified to decide the outcome will decide soon enough.
Along your logic, Brillo are you from HMRC?Comment

If hmrc are seriously intending to just ignore the outcome of a judicial review, why are they even bothering sending out these letters. Its all a big mind f**k.
I for one dont care any more, I have researched my my get out plan and the result of the JR doesnt matter to me eitherComment

Together we stand a much better chance - prefrably throwing our weight behind montp.
Why get into the ifs and buts and maybes? I am not going to go down the doom route.
There are enough people on here who know who I am and what I have done for them - to those I am grateful for your PMs of support.Comment
