(S)he has given enough information to find out from MontP if she is who she claims - including details of phones calls, liability, dates, etc..

    Anybody up for the task?
I would be very disappointed if Montp disclosed any information about scheme members past or present and would look to take action if I even suspected they were being asked to do this.

I have swapped PMs with her - but there is not enough without an official investigation.

I have an idea who she is........

I disagree very strongly - it is the assumption that everything montp is wrong and HMRC say is correct. Her(his?) posts are not put up even in a questioning way - just says we are all doomed.

At one point she did offer to think before posting - all went quiet for a week then same s**t again.

Mal was at least reasonably honest - I have swapped a few PMs with him (and know who he is). He was upfront. Whereas helen is trying to pretend she is on our side then spreading lies (or what HMRC call the truth).

          Bring back Mal I say......

The problem is that to the neutral person reading this board, that unless you buy into the uninformed optimism euphoria within this board, and actually have any questions that people dont like or are scred of contemplating, then therefore you are HMRC, a troll or whatever else.

Despite having learned some interesting things from this board, thats a pretty ignorant and arrogant way to conduct any debate. But actually it doesnt make any difference, people qualified to decide the outcome will decide soon enough.

Along your logic, Brillo are you from HMRC?

odd isnt it. I'm starting to feel the same way, I've no chance of paying it, I have no assets, I'll just go straight to bankruptcy, do not pass go, do not collect 200 thousand pounds

If hmrc are seriously intending to just ignore the outcome of a judicial review, why are they even bothering sending out these letters. Its all a big mind f**k.

I for one dont care any more, I have researched my my get out plan and the result of the JR doesnt matter to me either

Are there any people reading this board? Then they can **** off. I only care about those in the scheme. I intend to fight to the **END** - anyone settling wont help my case. Its pure self interest.

Together we stand a much better chance - prefrably throwing our weight behind montp.

Why get into the ifs and buts and maybes? I am not going to go down the doom route.

There are enough people on here who know who I am and what I have done for them - to those I am grateful for your PMs of support.
