I've been offered an interview with the MOD, they have offered to sponsor my SC clearance and take me on with BC, (they cant find anyone sc cleared with the skills).

Question - will my involvement with MP jeopardise my chances of getting clearance? anyone with experience in this area?

You have to declare any criminal convictions on your application forms for SC. The letter I received from Hector when this all kicked off actually stated 'you are not suspected of fraud'. End of story. Nothing to tell them about.

I dont want anyone to know how boring my life is. Anyone monitoring my phone is unlikely to ever hear me on there. More likely 3 hours a day of my wife moaning about me to her sister. Too much of that will make their ears bleed.

I was wondering if the issuing of closure notices when a Judicial Review is known to be pending might work in our favour in the JR. It is all part of the general incompetence and bullying behaviour hmrc have exhibited over the last 5 years.
