Believe or not, other forums have the same issue. The consensus seems to be, if you can't add anything constructive, don't respond.
I have to ask, does this forum really, really want to be a serious resource for new and existing contractors or more of a social forum for a few regulars - because thats how it looks from the outside.

Does being a serious resource mean we have to answer every banal question pointed our way in explicit detail even though we have answered it hundreds of times before and the answer to the question is in a sticky at the top of the page.
I really don't see what the big issue is. If you run down the threads in this part of the forums and read the information in them they have all been answered and are full of useful information. What is wrong with the way it works right now?Comment
