I know they have included the max dispensation on this but it seems like a gudden.
what do you people think?
It's bollocks. The only variable is the Umbella's fees. Everything else is either your actual earnings and your legal expenses. Tax rates are set by HMRC and apply to everyone

I know that mal. but a dispensation is something alot of brollies use. I think its more specific than many others anyway.
Where you are unable to obtain a receipt, and you are working at a temporary workplace, then within the umbrella company option subsistence can be claimed on the following basis -
Up to £10 if you work more than 5 hours a day not including travel time and excluding breaks
Up to £26 if you work more than 10 hours a day including travel time and excluding breaks
Accommodation
Where you are unable to obtain a receipt, an allowance will be paid in respect of both accommodation and breakfast, at the following rates:
Up to £45 per night when staying within the UK and Eire but outside the M25
Up to £55 per night when staying within the M25
Up to £65 per night when staying outside the UK and Eire.
Why are they still pushing expenses without receipts?
They clearly stated that i must keep all receipts, doesnt mean they have to see em.
Danbro are one of the best brollies around have you visited umbrella supermarket.com??
Sorry, but my quote above is direct from their website and states that you can claim based on the number of hours worked without a receipt.

This is just plain wrong and misleading IMHO. Just because they have some disclaimer buried in small print that states otherwise hardly justifies this behavior.

They may be, if you can tolerate misleading and potentially illegal advertising material. Somewhere you'll find a line that says "the contractor retains full responsibility for his tax affairs" or somesuch (hell, even P4 managed that) - but you won't find it anywhere you're likely to read it. And it's not them that gets prosecuted for evasion, remember.
As for the comparison site, I said when it first launched that the basis for comparison can only be the fees charged. There is no other legal way for any of them to change your nett take home
