Depending on your answers, some things you can expense for business purposes, but not everything, and not if it is mainly for personal use. e.g. taking a mobile phone out on a business contract, and then using it mostly to call your Aunt Gertrude in Australia - that wouldn't be a good idea.
Also, as others have pointed out, if you are looking for a company to manage your company, not just do the tax reporting, then you'd be better working through an umbrella, rather than setting up a Ltd, as they will "manage" the business side for you.
