I have a new contract in the pipeline which is inside IR35. I want to use my LtdCo (understanding that I cannot claim expenses etc) Question is, which umbrella’s will deal with a LtdCo? Has anyone any good or advice to share?

The money exiting from the umbrella already has PAYE and NI paid - it’s net, going to you personally.
There is no point in that money going into your Ltd, which then has to pay CT on any income.
So I don’t expect anyone to have that experience."I can put any old tat in my sig, put quotes around it and attribute to someone of whom I've heard, to make it sound true."

I was mildly surprised when the guy from my agency said he’d heard of contractors going through an umbrella to feed their LtdCo. I was wondering whether the umbrella was paying the gross amount to the LTdCo? Otherwise it would make no sense.Comment

But there are a couple of umbrellas who are willing to do deemed payments into your limited company - don't do it as it makes no actual sense...merely at clientco for the entertainmentComment

eek - what reasons do those umbrellas give for feeding into Ltds?"I can put any old tat in my sig, put quotes around it and attribute to someone of whom I've heard, to make it sound true."

I'd walk away from that car crash."I can put any old tat in my sig, put quotes around it and attribute to someone of whom I've heard, to make it sound true."
