Which Umbrellas will feed my LtdCo?

I have a new contract in the pipeline which is inside IR35. I want to use my LtdCo (understanding that I cannot claim expenses etc) Question is, which umbrella’s will deal with a LtdCo? Has anyone any good or advice to share?

Why do you want to pay personal funds that have already been taxed into your Ltd? Or are you hoping to find somewhere that will pay you gross and then you pay yourself via dividends, etc?

The money exiting from the umbrella already has PAYE and NI paid - it’s net, going to you personally.

There is no point in that money going into your Ltd, which then has to pay CT on any income.

So I don’t expect anyone to have that experience.

I was mildly surprised when the guy from my agency said he’d heard of contractors going through an umbrella to feed their LtdCo. I was wondering whether the umbrella was paying the gross amount to the LTdCo? Otherwise it would make no sense.

I’m probably being forced to use an umbrella now, as the gig is inside IR35

I would love to see the list of umbrellas you get sent from the Agency as I suspect every single one of them will be in my dubious pile..

But there are a couple of umbrellas who are willing to do deemed payments into your limited company - don't do it as it makes no actual sense...

It’s a fatuous statement trying to infer exactly that as a way around PAYE. As eek and you say - it makes no sense.

eek - what reasons do those umbrellas give for feeding into Ltds?

                  And that's it??

I'd walk away from that car crash.

So would I but if the contractor insists on deemed payments why would an umbrella refuse what is very easy money for running a payslip. They don't have to worry about employment laws, holiday pay, pension - just accept £x,000, do a calculation send £y,000 to HMRC and £z00 to the company.
