Renew IPSE membership?

Please elaborate on the IPSE forum, where the "PTB" that you are accusing of making unsubstantiated accusations about members can properly defend themselves. It simply hasn't happened.

4 The public cannot see what goes on there, and it's they who need to understand what goes on there before they venture inside.

Search at IPSE for "you're all sh1t" or along those lines for an attack on a poster that was from several PTB and was never substantiated.

You are making false accusations, and to be honest I am beginning to get angry. You can post a link to the forums - that does not breach the rules. I have always dealt with you professionally and courteously. If you are suggesting I have made "unsubstantiated accusations" against you, then put your money where your mouth is and file a formal complaint. Put up, or shut up.

The general consensus is, yes it will be prudent to renew. IPSEs due on the 20th January, and likelihood of it all been done and dusted by then is slim.

Prior to closure, I had paid all outstanding PAYE, corporation tax, and VAT, and also de-registered from VAT before going forward with the MVL. So the ltd co was in a good shape going into the MVL.

The company funds being liquidated will (are) being held in 'stasis' in the event of an IR35 investigation until closure. Also due to the fact I am going for ER as part of the MVL, I will be keeping that portion back too as a further safety net. I expect to be permie here for longer than the 2 years as set out in the ER guidelines.

I'm with MS on this. I have already said no slagging but you're doing it again Fred.
