UK Limited company working in Switzerland

What you nee to do regarding taxes permit registration.

My UK Limited company was hired by other UK company as subcontractor for theirs contract in Switzerland.

Contract is long for 14 mc

We found local admin person and this is what we was told to do. Please help is something is incorect or can be done easier.

1. We sending 15 workers for 14mc
2. We applying for work permits over 90 days, permit is issued for 12 months and workers will have to pay tax end of year in Switzerland.

To apply for work permit we need to supply to local office
a. contract that we/company are requested to work in Switzerland
b. contract our company to employee with minimum wages 3650 Franks
c. Personal ID/Passport
d. Filled up application

3. With permissions we renting apartments for workers and they can register in local council
4. Insurance for each

Staff will get a tax calculations end of year and tax will be paid for local tax council.

We are not accountants, and we are certainly not accountants with experience in Swiss tax affairs.

I say this in case you misunderstand a post or someone here gives you poor advice and your contractors get arrested by the Swiss police and escorted out of the country in the clothes they stand up in (which nearly happened to me).

You are a business so I suggest that you pay to get some proper advice.

Don't bother trying to do this through your Ltd, it is way too complicated, just go through a payroll agency. Be afraid of the Swiss authorities.
