HMRC need to take note that with a 75% chance of failure at the FTT, they should either apply the LSS policy and withdraw all CNs or face full hearing for 200 individual FTT hearings.
This ain't going away and we will not be backing down.
I'm with you thegreatescape, and we're now almost at 200 - which is great.
We must also be careful though to ask any questions that 'might' give HMRC any hints/tips/ideas on the new private forum - and I think that that was TykeMercs point.

Right with you Grip but TAA is open pasture - see #1795. What isn't is the existence of a private forum to discuss it. Infiltration - that's my point.

+1 to the list but I have a quick Q before I submit.
With regard to the Tax years in question, I have one year where HMRC didn't inquire in time and I paid MTM they're success fee, HMRC subsequently did try and open that year, hence do I include this year when specifying the years covered?
