Letters of Representation
If you are with MtM and HMRC have already declined to withdraw your APNs for years after 2006 following submission of MtMs letters, can you try again using NTRTs letters of representation?
I am wondering why MtM themselves did not use this same argument for years after 2006? Has anyone used NTRTs letters in this instance?
Thanks in advance. I couldn't get hold of MtM last week in order to ask them directly.Comment
