That's very strange... if I log out, I only get the "Join now" page.

I'm not a member and get "join now" page from multiple browsers and a couple of machines, think it's working as intended.

Letters of Representation

If you are with MtM and HMRC have already declined to withdraw your APNs for years after 2006 following submission of MtMs letters, can you try again using NTRTs letters of representation?

I am wondering why MtM themselves did not use this same argument for years after 2006? Has anyone used NTRTs letters in this instance?

In the first instance, I would still try and contact MTM and ask for their advice first. We don't want to be treading on any toes.
