    If you don't pay the APN you will be eligible to penalties and have to pay them. Feedback is even if we win you may not have the penalties refunded. Agree need more guidance however who knows for certain in this make it up as you go along scenario

      ha ha ... just got out of meeting and there is a voicemail message from an agent about a 'very exciting and high profile project' at HMRC in southend that apparently I look perfect for !!!!!!!

                well - if there are any BAs out there looking for work the agent emailed me asking if i have any recommendations if im not interested !!!! Ive not answered yet ... so window of opportunity

                What do you think their rates are like shall i email back and ask what day rate just for the fun of it

                    brown envelope from HMRC

                    just got home to find a brown envelope from HMRC through my door....

                    i thought, is this it, the letter apologising about sending me an APN and to ignore them?

                    No such luck for me. Just a helpful reminder that I've got until June the 6th to pay.
