I’ve checked with my current boss and he’s said he’ll allow me to opt out when the time comes. I’ve got a 2-year contract so definitely still be here when the changes arrive.

Seriously do people not realise:
1. IR35 already exists in the private sector
2. You cannot opt-out
3. The chancellor has given agencies, large enterprises and medium sized companies time to put in place work arounds e.g. change their model of working."You’re just a bad memory who doesn’t know when to go away" JRComment
