Me neither nor someone else at client co.

He did get an email from a different order this morning that threw him but I think they have just been swamped with demand and have a manual process step.

The terms and conditions that arrived in the second email confirm a 7 day cooling off period and with no record of my initial paypal order I've gone and made a second order which has given me something that looks like a complete order.

Contractors are not eligible to purchase the personal editions through their Ltd companies, or claim it back as an expense of course.

Unclear to me if I can personally buy a copy of resharper and then install it on my machine at client site for my personal use though.

                I think that is fine.

Just like a permie buying it and using it at work. It is fine for commercial use.

Same here. Looking back at my purchase for ReSharper 6.0 last year, the licence key was sent 3 mins after the payment confirmation. They must have quite a backlog.

Hmm didn't see this, I thought personal meant, one developer rather than everyone in your company can use it. Wonder if they will reject my purchase as I used my company card to buy it.
