Get the GTX680 and sell your old one on ebay when it comes back, that's what I'm doing anyway

680s are as rare as hen's teeth. It certainly sounds like a nice card if you can source one.

I have spoken to them this morning and they still had no answer from the supplier, so I told them I would take a credit and pay the difference for 580 GTX, will be arriving tomorrow.

Very disappointed with the time it has taken Scan to get the RMA sorted, and then only because I pestered them. They received my dead card on the 6th March! So that's nearly 4 weeks.

Likewise probably 15 years and never a problem. However if social media (and this is social media) reports a problem it could change people's perceptions the next time they think about making a big order.

Took a month since sending the card off. If anyone from Scan.co.uk spots this then take note, RMAs where the component is not immediately available, and needs to be referred to your supplier, need to be remediated a lot quicker.

If you want something mighty purdy to look at on it, the indie game Trine 2 is worth a shot, i'm playing it at the moment, its lovely.
