Also, which charity shop did she give them to? Address? Phone number? DO they take Maestro over the phone?

after reading this and having a look around the "cupboard of death" (open it and catch whatever falls out) for Colin Mcrae it was surpisingly clean, organised and clutter free.. turns out g'friend chef has "got rid of all them old computer's you never use, they were all dusty"..... Sinclair ZX Spectrum, Atari ST, Commodore 64, PS1, Atari Lynx, N64, Mega Drive all been given away to charity while I was in Singapore.. manic miner, chuckie egg, Mario world, sonic among many more.. gone.. gutted..
We've cleared out our attic over the last few weeks in preparation for a loft conversion, and in doing so I found my old Atari 800XL with cartridges for Space Invaders and River Raid
Might have to connect it up to the plasma for a retro gaming sesh
Where are we going? And what’s with this hand basket?Comment

THAT is justifiable grounds for kicking her out. Where do you live, I might be able to get down the charity shop and bag a bargain...Originally posted by chef View Postarse arse arse

It gets worse. I tried to take a portable TV to a couple of the charity shops near us (worked perfectly, just upgraded to an LCD) and was told that nowhere can now take electronics due to health and saftey concerns - so all your geek gear would have gone straight into a skip.
And the lord said unto John; "come forth and receive eternal life." But John came fifth and won a toaster.Comment
