Didn't work when I tried it, and MS say you can't. But I guess MFC is at the end of the day just a library,so you can probably make it work if you persevere.
Sorry, I was thinking of theWin32 libs. But I guess you could make it work if you had to...
Anyone got a link where it succintly describes the differences/improvements of VS2008 over VS2005? I'm not convinced it's worth the step-up.
Google's broken on my PC. Everytime I go near it I just get page after page of images of women in various states of undress and debauchery. It must be my limited vocabulary.

Ok cheers. Had a quick look at .Net 3.5, think I can live without it for the moment.
.NET 3.5 is a scam - it is actually CLR 2.0, if you install .NET 2.0 SP1 then you get some of the changes they made to core in normal VS2005 - if you dare check version of CLR under .NET "3.5" you will get same version as 2.0 - very "good" decision by Microsoft
If you don't do Vista (who does?) or LINQ (nice stuff to be honest), then VS2008 is not a terribly wise upgrade. I might get it though when my Empower deal expires in a few months time

Did you enrol SKA as your application for the Empower programme then?
With M$ currently fighting against Google, they may be keeping a keen eye on your stuff, so don't be suprised to find a letter through the door offering to buy it for a few mil.
Unless the postman's already chucked it in the canal with the rest of the mail he couldn't be bothered to deliver.
