    Indeed, but you don't need to announce it to the world. If you're selling yourself as an expert you should know how to do the job and deliver things that actually work without needing someone to tell you to follow some process. That's what I do.
    As long as you do it in a way which leaves code someone else can pick up, documentation, proof the code works (other than your word) then fine. All I'm getting at is lots of people describe themselves as experts and get defensive when asked how they work... think they're too good to need such things... cowboys as someone else said.

    I think he is asking if any of you have your stuff together and what do you use to make yourself more efficient & saleable if there is no standard (UNIX's point).

    Though so far it seems you don't and you are almost all just cowboys (LiveElvis did try to help) .
