The weather app insists it’s cloudy out, but in reality there’s quite a lot of cirrus and cirrostratus with plentiful gaps of blue sky between, so it’s actually sunny right now with occasional brief spells of shade. Apparently it’s going to get windy, leading to the claim that the current 6°C “feels like” 2°, and presumably the expected high of 11° will be similarly attenuated.
