Overcast but quite bright. Very windy with strong gusts. Damp from overnight rain. Currently 14 degrees and that's the high for the day. Barometer down to 1010 mBar.

Lazy start to the day. I had intended to pop to the farmers' market but never bothered, as there's not much I need.

Having checked my scales app, it would seem I've managed to lose 10 kg this year. Slow and steady wins the race, or so they say.

Meanwhile on the 20th of February 2020 BR14 popped in, along with eek, WTFH was listening to the guineas, and LM's attempted skive off was ruined by a crash on the M4 link that led to gridlock, whilst there were blue skies for some, for others it was snowing, with a bit of flooding thrown in for good measure.

Shopping trip to Morrisons done dusted washed dried sanitised & put away.

Walk (unabbreviated, towpath) walked in the semigale: dry for 95%, then a squall passed over & I was rained on.

This evening's ents comprised two episodes of High Potential followed by two of Shetland. Shetland is now finished but I have three left of HP S1.

I then spent some time trying to troubleshoot why Firefox doesn't play nicely with Scrambled Maps anymore. It definitely works with v142. It also works if I put v143 into troubleshooting mode, which made me think it was a plug in that doesn't work properly with v143. However, turning off each plug in, in turn, didn't reveal the culprit.

It also doesn't work in the current Android version. Not that I played it on my phone as the screen is way too small

I tried reverting back to v142 but the hassle of then setting up a new profile to work the way I like it got too tedious.

A bunch of crash reports have been submitted, as well as a load of broken website reports. Now I'm going to bed.

Excellent work though! Such reports are invaluable

Tonight's major motion picture premiere here was Wrath of Man (2021) in which Jason Statham seeks revenge, as he so often does. It also follows the standard pattern of having a brief bit of dialogue about him having an English accent near the start; I assume it's easier to write that in than it is to train him to speak in an American accent. Anyway, it's good, but sombre throughout; nary a moment of light relief in this one

And then a rewatch of Dumb Money (2023). We should come together to screw over the capitalist system more often

The washer-dryer reckoned it had finished, but a bit of actual steam came out when I opened it and stuff still seemed a bit damp, so I set it going again. I picked some kind of quick dry programme and it's adjusted the expected time down by about half within a couple of minutes of starting, so it should all be done soon

Mine is described on my patient record as "Cell-based trivalent Flu/Vac/SA". I gather the trivalent bit means it has two strains of A and one of B, but I don't know what the SA signifies
