Morning.
Wednesday.
Sunny.
Blue sky in parts.
Damply dry with puddle in saltinghouse.
Chilly in here at 13.8 deg, 1 something in the kitchen, 12 in the leanto, 9 in the saltinghouse.
1005.5 mBar, 29.692 in Hg, 754.2 Torr, 14.584 psi, (up from 1000 last night), 69% RH (Lidl electric).
Meanwhile on the 20th of March 2020 Brillo popped in a lot, LM was starting with a new client, NF and I popped in, whilst WTFH took a nice photo of the kestrel that was upsetting the guinea fowl.
Washing frenzy in progress.Last edited by DoctorStrangelove; Today, 09:41.

Morning all
After heavy rains and high wind overnight, apart from the wet ground it was blue skies and sunny on our walk earlier.

Morning denizens
Sunny start with some cloud, but it’s starting to cloud over. There was some rain and quite a high wind last night and it’s still a bit breezy, so the current 7°C “feels like” 1°; the expected high is 11°. The barometers are down to 994/1002mB
I awoke with a slight soreness in the throat today, which reminded me that it was similar yesterday but soon passed off so I forgot about it. It seems to be lingering a little longer today, so perhaps I have some kind of lurgy. At least it seems pretty mild so far, if that’s what it is

Arty thing this morning.
Getting messages on MS Teams from an "attractive young lady" wanting a photo of me. Nowt suspicious there! Maybe I'll send her one, that would scare even the worst scammers off. Had a scam phone call this morning about loft insulation. One of those days.

Another day done, and half the working week out of the way
Having spent much of yesterday and this morning trying to deal with one last small detail that was messing up the three impossible things I got working last week, I finally cracked it this afternoon!

Afternoon all
Sunny! With clouds. Currently 12 degrees and that's the high for the day. Barometer down to 1014 mBar.
Sunrise 06:27; Sunset 17:57 GMT
Busy morning. Many meetings.
Finally getting the pillowcases etc. washed now that I've gotten around to putting the cleaned duvet cover away.
Lunch was a cheese and ham toasted sandwich.

Lunch has been a cold sausage bap (white)
It’s rather Simpsonesque out now, though it still seems to be a bit chilly, judging by the fresh air coming from the open kitchen window

Morning.
Tuesday.
Dry.
Wanly sunny.
Grey.
Chilly in here at 13.7 deg, 1 something in the kitchen, 12 in the leanto.
1010 and a tad mBar, 29.83 in Hg, 757.7 Torr, 14.65 psi, down from 1012 last night.
Meanwhile on the 19th of March 2020 NF twinged his back cooking tea, then wheeled out the recycling wheelie bin, LM, and I popped in, whilst on the 20th Brillo, WTFH, and BR14 started the day off by popping in.
Walk (unabbreviated, towpath) walked in the wan sunshine, grey gloom & picking with rain.
Lunch: brunch. Entertainment: The 11:45 R4 thing again, this time with Bliar. TWATO.
First cut of the big lawn, during which the picking with rain turned into drizzle but done it got. The compost heap is now well over 6 feet.
Lots of moss: I can see another champion year for moss disposal & I haven't shifted last year's yet.
Entertainment: Ancient Aliens bollox about Gobekli Tepe. Remarkable construction for 12,000 years ago. Showed stonehenge: 9000 years later. Easter Island: 11,000 years later.
Tea: soup etc. Nice enough. Entertainment: PM. More bollox, this time Orange
PBS: Armstrong. 1202 alarm. One small step.
Digging up Britain with Alice Roberts.
Aliens bollox on Blaze. <click>
Book.
Aliens bollox on Blaze. Mildly inneresting but still mostly bollox.

Morning denizens
The weather app insists it’s cloudy out, but in reality there’s quite a lot of cirrus and cirrostratus with plentiful gaps of blue sky between, so it’s actually sunny right now with occasional brief spells of shade. Apparently it’s going to get windy, leading to the claim that the current 6°C “feels like” 2°, and presumably the expected high of 11° will be similarly attenuated. The barometers are down a little at 1003/1011mB
