Dinner was chicken Kiev and chips.

Tea: sausages, chips and beans
More Bin Laden stuff on Netflix to go with this; they've finally discovered the house in Abbottabad so I expect the rest of this final episode will be explosive
And the mundane laundry is laundering

Another day done, and it's the weekend!
By virtue of skipping a couple of meetings that weren't particularly important (or not in my opinion, at least), I got my prototype thing working
Only just remembered to submit my timesheet!
I've been considering whether I need to do any shopping. I think I can probably get away without it this week

Yeh, U etc just do old stuff but there used to be a few things worth watching, rarely find anything now. Still, sticks are useful if you missed something recent and have an old TV that doesn't work with iPlayer, my5 etc catchups. The other problem with more TV channels is that they're all full of repeats and crap, and they don't really offer more viewing choice.

And following on from Mr Springsteen there's another 45 minutes of my life gone, watching some French long distance rifle shooter doing a review of Hollywood sniper movies.
He's not impressed.

Hot dogs for lunch
It's gone all grey and overcast here
Too many meetings AGAIN this afternoon! I'm trying to work something out and I'd like to just get on with it. It's either really clever or an utterly deranged hack, and I won't know which until I've got it working

Afternoon all
Cloudy after a bright start this morning. Currently 12 degrees with a high of 13 yet to come. Barometer up to 1008 mBar.
Sunrise 06:52; Sunset 16:37 GMT
This morning I went to get my head examined. It'll be a while before I get the MRI results but we all know it'll be
The headaches eased up about a week after I first saw the doctor so I'm pretty sure all the tests will come to naught.

morning all
Clear skies overnight, but then some light cloud came in after 4am. A chilly 6C on the walk, but with stunning light on the cloud

Morning.
Thursday apparently: must be judging by the racket the recycling engineers made.
Dry.
Grey.
Sunless.
Even chillier in here at 15.7 deg, 15 in the kitchen, 12 in the leanto (was 10), 7.3 in the saltinghouse.
1001 mBar, 29.559 in Hg, 750.8 Torr, 14.518 psi, (up from 998 last night), 59% RH (Lidl electric).
Meanwhile on the 26th of February 2020 wattaj and AndyGarbs popped in, WTFH's nerve block wore off at 22 o'clock, whilst NF, LM, and I all had chicken/turkey for tea, and I watched Mad Max as Mr Christian, with Hannibal Lecter as Captain Bligh.
Washing frenzy in progress.
Fecking raining: in the TD it goes bit by fecking bit. TD duly doing its random number generation thing: 3 mins to go changes to 16. Just like that.
Shopping trip to Morrisons done dusted washed dried sanitised & put away. Pick with rain all the way there, picked with rain all the way back. The only dry thing was the umbrella.
Lunch: brunch. Entertainment: the fishing thing: Senegal.
Everything dried (ish): that requiring the iRon received the attentions of the iRon &everything is now airing upstairs. I feel poorer.
Entertainment: The Infinite Monkey Cage Xmas Special 2014 plus The Number 48 House thing E4 of 5.
Tea: beans on toast: purchasing error: reduced salt & sugar: WTF? Meh.
Entertainment: PM.
Bugger. Buses on strike.
Nazi programme: Italy.
Possibly The Repair Shoppe there being a Congreve escapement clock. It's on iPlayer S7 E32. I recall seeing one of these clocks in that Cardiff in one or other of the jeweller's windows back in the 1960s. Dreadful time keeper of course.
Sky Arts: Classic Movies: Passport to Pimlico.
PBS: Spy Ops: Project Azorian.
BBC2: Once upon a time in Space: Shuttle astronauts.Last edited by DoctorStrangelove; Today, 21:28.
