Lunch has been a Sainsbury’s steak slice, because they were out of Pukka ones when I went shopping. Nice enough though

    Still gloomy out

    Morning.

    Monday.

    Damp.

    Blue sky in parts.

    Wanly sunny.

Chilly in here at 14.7 deg, 12 in the kitchen, 10 in the leanto.

989.5 mBar, 29.22 in Hg, 742.2 Torr, 14.351 psi, (down from 991 last night), 55% RH (Lidl electric).

Meanwhile on the 2nd of March 2020 there was more talk of watches, T2 and T5 at Heathrow, whilst NF was up a stepladder changing the bulb in the kitchen, only to find that all the available bulbs were defunct so had to cook tea by the desk lamp, on top of which there was the excitement of The Crash up the Road, BR14 was mentioned but AWOL, and the gravy I'd made was disgusting and thusly discarded.

Walk (unabbreviated, towpath) walked in the sunshine. Even had two conversations.

    Lunch: brunch.. Entertainment: Y&Y endless Scamwatch(tm)* <click>

    *Unavoidable: all through the week.

Now the sun is up, it's quite bright with plenty of blue sky. Sadly the Lufthansa lounge's view of the airfield is obscured by the bars on the exterior of the building (some design aesthetic).

    Morning denizens

It's a grey start after what seems to have been a rainy night, and seems unlikely to get any brighter; a bit on the breezy side too. It's 4°C and aiming for 7° later, and the barometers are down yet more to 978/986mB

They think I didn’t notice that the forum was down earlier, but I saw it

Got some more work done on the new forum today, and also squeezed in a bit of work with RealityKit, learning about low level stuff where you get to stuff bytes defining the colours of pixels into blocks of memory, just like the good old days

Tonight, I read some more of A Gun for Sale, in which the plot is thickening in admirable and unexpected ways

Monday again tomorrow. Only two more working Mondays this year after that, though!

    Goodnight all

It’s recovered! I almost emailed him, but decided to leave it a while as it must be annoying enough having to fix it on a Sunday night without the likes of me pestering you
