Previously on "HMRC list of dodgy tax avoidance schemes"
The most recent additions and updates to the list of named tax avoidance schemes, promoters, enablers and suppliers in section 3 below were published on 14 August 2025.
Edit: OK, this is unusual. The page header says that the page was updated on the 7th August, but that update doesn’t apply to the list of dodgy companies.
I’ve looked but I don’t know what they’ve updated.
It's likely just that some older ones have dropped off. HMRC cycle them off after 12 months. FCSA does not.

Funny how "Head Restart" has the same address as Medbridge (called out in January 2025) and "Signature Professional" has the same address as Acquda Solutions Limited (Dec 2024), Bluemoore Associates (June 23), and Employe Limited (Nov 24)
Coincidence?
Maybe HMRC's life would be made easier if they just searched by the address?
