Take care who you accept PM's from - don't be too open exchanging information until you've checked them out and they've given you real life references.
A particular tactic is to pretend to be a fellow punter and ask you to email them outside CUK as they 'don't trust messages' - why do you think they say that?
(Oh, and don't fall for sob stories either. Tugging on heart strings is very easy for those who have no heart-strings of their own...)
This is the end of the public service announcement.

What I have done is reach out to a specialist legal firm this morning, and for that Eek, I thank you for bringing your findings to the table.
It has turned into a flame war, and I have my suspicions regarding who wants it to continue.

Sometimes folks speculate on things (Felicitas may be planning XYZ) without considering the impact this might have on people's state of mind.

Trust in your legal opinions and not comments from posters. The Admin on the account did warn persons a few weeks ago . The app allows you to block ignore people as one poster mentions .

I think that a Eek has been saying that. Don’t go by the recommendation of anonymous posters.

Have some trust in your adviser, let them deal with it, that is what you are paying him/her for.
I think you will find that the forum will not add value once you have engaged a professional. I think it will be counter-intuitive to the benefit you should be experiencing when engaging an adviser. If you have any questions, direct them to your adviser. And don't advertise on here what your adviser tells you, do not share any emails or mailshots on here.
Remember you cannot trust everyone on here, you don't even know who we all are. And it doesn't really matter to you if the admin know who they are.

I’m in the same boat as you. Ignore him.
Much of the most sensible statements on here over the years have been from people giving advice seeking nothing in return. Iliketax is a good example.
It’s a tulipty situation but slamming people who have been posting on here for ten years isn’t the answer.
