    Durham no longer has either McD or BK in the town centre. It's coming to something when even fast food chains are getting pushed out... Greggs are always doing well and we now have 3 Subways but sometimes you just want a crappy burger.

    Chicken salad with a couple of soft boiled eggs.

    Need to get the diet sorted again, I'm stuck at around 90kg and need to drop another 10 so I don't get left behind going up the hills on a club ride.
