    No. 1 - as it says 'unrecorded.' So there is no actual proof, just heresay. Even in the article they can't prove it so its a bit misleading...
    No. 2 - I've known homeless British people to live on these as well

    Still, a leftie liberal media doing the UKIP's and DM's (i.e. rumour mongering) work for them shows a change in attitudes, possibly
