Yikes. I charged one ClientCo my daily rate x 4.Originally posted by vetran View Postone assumes the Day rate is 'consulting level' i.e. 1.5-3 times normal day rate?

It'll be a small uplift, but my rate is already midway between bigco rate and normal contracting rates. That's mainly since I don't work full-time for any one client - I have call-off contracts - so I have to be flexible, and so can charge more. It does mean the occasional very long (but financially rewarding) day.Originally posted by vetran View Postone assumes the Day rate is 'consulting level' i.e. 1.5-3 times normal day rate?

If it was that - I'd have to subcontract to one of my kids.Originally posted by suityou01 View PostVideo recorders are tricky
It fits nicely in with the other contracts I have, so I'm basically full-time until May.
