Earhart didn't have GPS, fuel injection, autopilot, weather radar, modern ATC and satellite weather reports, glass cockpit or an emergency aircraft parachute system.
Mind you, our Carol will have to make sure her tanks are not filled to the brim on takeoff due to her enormous arse and tits in case she exceeds the MTOW.

What a sack of rubbish even for a DM story.
If "Her former Red Arrows pilot boyfriend will follow in a support plane" it's not a solo attempt is it? Also given that she's not even qualified yet and started learning last year, I suspect that she may be being a tad optimistic.

He is, in fact, a coconut crab - a species that is rumoured to have devoured the remains of Amelia Earhart after her unfortunate accident.
Wonder if he'd find our Carol such a tasty dish?
