    I was coming back from the US on work with a Chinese guy whom I worked with. He was a very funny guy and could make anything humerous.

    We were waiting in line to have our baggage check as this moutain with arms and legs in a uniform walked up and down with his arms folded, staring at people and generally looking pretty intimidating.

    As he was walking passed us my Chinese friend turns to me and loudly said "Have you still got the bomb?!"

    This was one of the times where his humour was not appreciated!

    I flew from Moscow to Basel a few years back. The plane left Moscow at 6am (or something like that), so we had to leave where we were staying at 3am.

    There was a two hour wait at Vienna for the connecting flight. I'd dozed on the plane to Vienna and woke up feeling dreadful. A coffee and a pint of beer at Vienna airport at 7am fixed everything.
