sat: 4.30am start to get to rowing for a 2k TT at 7.15, followed by 2 hours on the cold thames - joy! Bacon sarnies on way home then sauna, jacuzzi, sleep, bit of biking after.
sun: nightbus with drunks to get to rowing on time, massage, facial and grocery delivery. Eat all the good sh!t in said delivery and vegetate
