Depends a lot on age but certainly if over 45, should consider it. One of the main signs.

If you shower every day, you still change your underwear every day. The whole POINT of underwear is to act as a sacrificial layer between the smellier parts of your body and your nice clothes, you idiot. We have one for when we doing re-enacmtent shows. I rarely use it but the wife needs to use the toilet at least every hour.
Camping shops would probably have them, or re-enactment and living history suppliers.
