The Office of National Statistics figures from the 2011 census are that, in London, 26.4% are not British, not 34%: Ethnicity and National Identity in England and Wales 2011 (download the spreadsheet for the specific figures).
Are the Mail are claiming that it's gone up by nearly 8% since 2011? If so, it must be the coalition's fault
